ELEKTRON-MD metal detectors for small products are mainly intended for testing food products such as meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and fruits, dairy products, dried fruit, finished products, bakery and confectionery products, etc.

Detectors dedicated to testing small packaged products (e.g. meat in vaccum) as well as unpackaged products served in bulk (e.g. frozen vegetables and fruits). Equipped with a separator, the detector automatically rejects contaminated products into the container.

ELEKTRON-MD metal detectors for large products are mainly used for testing products in the food industry. They are dedicated to the detection of meat, fish, sausages, seafood, vegetables and fruits, dairy products, nuts and dried fruits, ready-made products and bakery and confectionery products. The maximum dimensions of the tested product depend on the size of the probe detection window. The products under examination may be served loose or packed in plastic packaging, cartons or E1 and E2 boxes. The device detects contamination with foreign bodies in the form of ferromagnets and diamagnets.

ELEKTRON-MD metal detectors with a separator for large products are used mainly in the food industry. They are intended for testing cold cuts, seafood, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, dried fruit, grains, finished products and bakery and confectionery products. The maximum dimensions of the tested product depend on the size of the probe detection window. The products to be tested can be delivered loose or packed in foil packages, cartons or E1 and E2 boxes. The device detects contamination with foreign bodies in the form of ferromagnets and diamagnets.

ELEKTRON-MD metal detectors for high-standing products are designed to test products packed in jars or bottles. The maximum dimensions of the tested product depend on the size of the probe detection window. The probe thus arranged provides a much higher level of detection due to the physical properties of the probe operation. The device detects contamination with foreign bodies in the form of ferromagnets and diamagnets. When the detector detects contamination in a product, it separates that product with a stripper or blower or a trapdoor or rake arm into the rejected product bin.

Non-standard metal detectors are used, among others, for working with loose products such as popcorn, meat, fish or vegetables and fruit.

Tubular gravity metal detectors are used in dry products. Loose products fall freely under the influence of gravity, the detector is ideal for products such as grains, spices, etc.

Tubular pressure metal detectors are designed to test dense masses, such as: sausages, pate, jams, luncheon meat, etc. Transport takes place through constant pressure in the pipeline. They are designed to eliminate the influence of the product itself on the detection level as much as possible.
